You're unique - and so is your home! We don't charge a flat fee to clean "a home", since no two homes are alike.

Cleaning:
Team of 2-3 pricing between 75-125 an hour. We bring all the supplies.

Cancellations and Other Info:

I now have a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel your cleaning within 24 hours it will be half the cost of your regular cleaning. Lock outs or cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment time will result in you being charged the full price of the cleaning. Please understand with less than 24 hours notice there is not enough time to reschedule my employees at another cleaning. They are paid for your time slot when there is not enough notice. This is nessasary to guarantee 40 hour work weeks and keep good hardworking employees.

If a Scheduled cleaning is skipped for any reason the next cleaning will be an additional $15.00.

If construction has been done or ongoing a price adjustment might be given.

If the occupancy of your home has changed since the original cleaning quote a price adjustment might be given

We currently take Cash Checks, Venmo, Cash App, and Credit Cards. There will be a service charge for all credit cards.
